Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the current school year. This position is based within a well-respected school district in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication goals and facilitate their academic progress.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development and success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant records.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
- Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
