Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Opening Near Clear Lake, CA

Soliant is thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join a reputable school district near Clear Lake, California. This full-time position offers the chance to work across three different school sites, providing speech and language support to approximately 40 students. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's specific communication goals.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to integrate speech and language strategies into the educational curriculum.
• Monitor and document student progress, collecting data and reporting outcomes to the educational team.
• Offer guidance and support to students, helping them improve their speech and language abilities and fostering effective communication.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students across three different school sites.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages communication and language development.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• California state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality speech and language services to students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, colleagues, and other professionals.
