Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Openings Near Wilmington, DE

Soliant is working with a school district near Wilmington, DE to fill two immediate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) positions. These positions are available as full-time contracts through June 11, 2025, with the possibility of extension into the summer. Both openings are a great opportunity for licensed professionals who are eager to make a difference in the lives of students across different age groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to students in assigned grade levels
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and staff
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and parent conferences
  • Position #1: Provide therapy 4 days a week at a middle school and 1 day a week at an elementary school
  • Position #2: Provide maternity leave coverage for preschool-aged students

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current Delaware state licensure/certification in Speech Language Pathology
  • No SLPAs for this position, applicants must be fully licensed SLPs
  • Availability to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Experience working with PreK-12 students is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative school team
