Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Rockaway Beach, OR for the 23-24 school year. As an SLP, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to students in the school setting. This is a full-time position that requires working onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' specific goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in the classroom
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide input on students' goals and progress
  • Stay updated on current research and best practices in speech and language therapy

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain appropriate state licensure
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and their treatment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
