We are actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a school-based setting near Sterling Heights, Michigan. This position is for the full school year and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population, providing speech and language services to those who need them most.

Position Overview:

  • Location: Sterling Heights, MI
  • Caseload/Population: Elementary and secondary students
  • Assignment Period: Full school year
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of students with speech and language difficulties
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEPs
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to support student development
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Qualifications:

  • Michigan SLP licensure required
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
