Full Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Soliant Health is currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a school district in Whiteland, IN for the 2023-2024 school year. As an SLP, you will work with students to diagnose and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations of students to identify speech and language disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
• Providing therapy to students individually or in groups
• Monitoring students' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students' communication needs are being met
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Indiana State Licensure or eligibility for Indiana State Licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Prior experience working in a school setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and parents
