Full Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Soliant Health is currently partnering with a school district in Lafayette, IN to hire multiple Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2023-2024 school year. In this role, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech and language disorders. The caseload will include students ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade, and the work schedule will be Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support the academic and social success of students with communication disorders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and participation in therapy sessions

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
• Active Indiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
