Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Thorntown, IN for the fall semester of the 23-24 school year. As an SLP, you will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students in the school setting. This is a full-time position that requires working onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs
- Monitor and document students' progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Attend IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language goals
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain appropriate state licensure
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
