Full Time - Speech Pathologist (SLP) Opening - Near Discovery Bay, California

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow) for a school-based position near Discovery Bay, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about supporting students with communication disorders in an educational setting. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply and will receive supervision and mentorship!

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and support staff.
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services tailored to each student’s needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school professionals to support student success.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active California SLP License issued by the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred – Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs).

Experience & Skills:

• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP development, therapy techniques, and intervention strategies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) will receive supervision and support from experienced professionals.
