About this position:
- Fulltime, 23/24 school year
- Assist with managing student health records, including medication administration and immunization records
- Monitor and assess students' health conditions and report any concerns to the appropriate staff members
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized healthcare plans for students with specific medical needs
- Educate students, families, and staff on health promotion, disease prevention, and safety measure
- Caseload: 1:1
- Bus riding
- G-tube, vent and trach
Requirements:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Previous experience working as an LPN in a healthcare or educational setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of pediatric care and common childhood illnesses
Compensation:
Negotiable and competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications
W2 employee contract for the full school year, with renewals available if desired
