Job Title: General Education 3rd Grade Teacher

Location: Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

Salary: $34-$40 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced General Education 3rd Grade Teacher to join our team in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment and delivering effective instruction to 3rd grade students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the Minnesota state standards and the school's curriculum goals
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and promotes academic success
• Assess student learning and provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and practices
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to engage students and enhance learning outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current on educational trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Current teaching certification or licensure in the state of Minnesota
• At least 2 years of teaching experience at the elementary level
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Minnesota state standards and the Common Core State Standards
• Ability to use a variety of teaching strategies and technologies to engage students and enhance learning outcomes
