Glendale, AZ: School Speech-Language Pathologist

Calling on SLPs (Clinical fellows too!) in the area of Glendale, AZ! Soliant is working with an established partner to place a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist for the remainder of the school year.

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Work with K-8 students
• Additional details about building and classroom assignments to be discussed during a direct interview with administrators

Located about 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix, AZ, this is a moderately sized school community serving a diverse group of children.

As a school-based Speech Language Pathologist, applicants will be responsible for:

• Assessing students and providing feedback as a member of an evaluation team.
• Planning therapy activities to promote communication interaction objectives.
• Designing a therapy plan in accordance with developmental levels of students and their functional skills.

We seek applicants who have a great demeanor, and who communicate well with the students in their care, and with their co-workers.

Education and license requirements:

• Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
• Arizona license in Speech-Language Pathology
• Arizona fingerprint clearance card, issued by the Department for Public Safety
