As a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst, you will work as part of a supportive team, providing behavioral analysis and intervention services to individuals. Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' behavioral needs
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management strategies

Requirements:

• Must be a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges, preferably in a school setting
• Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and techniques
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Valid state licensure or certification, as required
