Job Type: Contracted position for the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year

Job Description: Soliant is currently seeking a School Psychologist to join our team near the Rolando Village, CA area. This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. As a School Psychologist, your responsibilities will include conducting initial, triennial, and scoring testing for high school students. This position is onsite at the designated school. Previous and recent experience is required, and the client will not consider new graduates without recent experience for the remainder of this year. Pupil Personnel Services credentials are also required.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral level degree in School Psychology
• State licensure through the state board
• State education certification in Special Education

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and triennial assessments to evaluate students' educational and psychological needs
• Administer and score standardized tests, interpret results, and prepare evaluation reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and other professionals to develop and implement appropriate interventions and supports
• Attend IEP meetings and provide input on students' goals, accommodations, and services
• Provide counseling and support services to students with social-emotional and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with school staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Work Hours:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
