Job Description:

Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a contracted position near the Tunitas, CA area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students while providing support to the special education team.

Key Details:

• Position: School Psychologist
• Duration: 2023-2024 school year
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (7 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
• Caseload: Well below average
• Responsibilities: The School Psychologist will perform a variety of duties, including formal IEP and 504 assessments, ERMHS counseling as stipulated on IEPs, site caseload oversight, IEP drafting and completion support, acting as LEA for IEP meetings, attending training, collaborating with other SPED and GE staff, and providing additional support activities such as lunch bunch, SEL, or social skills groups.

Compensation:

• Rate: Depending on Experience

Qualifications:

• License: Current valid PPS CA license
• Transportation: Driver’s license with own transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of current school district experience
• Language Skills: Bilingual (Spanish)
• Age Group Experience: Preschool through middle school
