Job Title: School Psychologist

Job Description: Soliant is currently seeking a qualified and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team near the Sutallee, GA area. This is a contracted position for the 2023-2024 school year. As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in assessing students' needs, providing support, and collaborating with educators and parents to promote student success. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine special education eligibility
• Lead and participate in eligibility meetings
• Attend RTI Tier 3 and 504 meetings
• Consult with staff and parents to address students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized intervention plans
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as necessary
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records
• Stay updated on best practices in the field of school psychology

Details:

• Full-time position
• In-person work
• Serving two schools: 3 days at the high school and 3 days at the elementary school per week (subject to change)
• Previous experience is required

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral level degree in School Psychology
• State licensure through the state board
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and evaluation processes
• Previous experience in a school setting is required
