Job Description: Soliant is currently seeking a School Psychologist for a contracted position near the White Hills, NM area. This position is full-time and will start as soon as possible, continuing until May 2024. As a School Psychologist, you will work with students from Pre-K to 12th grade who have learning disabilities and emotional disturbances. Your role will involve assisting the current school psychologist in providing support and services to emotionally disturbed students. Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs
• Provide counseling and intervention services to students with emotional disturbances
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Support students' social-emotional well-being and promote positive mental health
• Assist in crisis intervention and prevention efforts

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral level degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state licensure through the state board
• Experience working as a School Psychologist, preferably in an educational setting
• Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques
• Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
