Location: Maple Park, Illinois

Hours: 10

Days: Flexible

Caseload: One female student with autism

Start/End: ASAP- 07/21/2023 (possible NSY)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SPED for end of school year Teacher. You will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, providing instruction, and ensuring that students with diverse learning needs receive a high-quality education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Valid Illinois Teaching License for Special Education
• PEL w/ Teaching Endorsement (LBS1)
• Experience working with diverse learners and students with disabilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure that all students receive a high-quality education
2. Monitor and evaluate student progress and adjust instruction as needed
3. Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for home practice
