Position Responsibilities: Manage Client Services team and oversee collaboration with the Executive Team as well as other key business functions to scale the Client Services organization, ensuring alignment with Company objectives, vision, and market positioning Manage day-to-day client relationships and create best practices for Client Services organization; define goals and KPIs used to measure performance Oversee development and execution of comprehensive client management plans for each account by building and maintaining trusting relationships with clients and associated third parties through superior customer service and oversight Responsible for timely and accurate management and execution of all client benefit requests, including benefit changes, product upsells, new groups, terminations and escalated issues; Ensure consistent and cohesive communication of Company products and services and competitive value proposition Accountable for new group and product implementations; translating business requirements to clients by establishing project plan, leading internal and external meetings, and meeting expected deadlines and quality standards Maintain knowledge of industry trends and passion to deliver strategic, consultative approach aligned with Company’s vision. Support business development through attendance at finalist meetings, benefit fairs, open enrollment events and other client functions; provide RFP support on client operation processes. Lead development and presentations for client quarterly reviews Oversee Client Services budget and monitor and report on contractual performance and financial guarantees Support general business needs, as required
Qualifications / Profile: NOTE: This position is CLIENT FACING from an accredited school of pharmacy and PBM / health plan experience required 10-15+ years of proven experience in project management, client onboarding, and/or account management (in a PBM setting, preferred) Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, executing on deliverables, and working with Executive Teams to shape and build successful organizations Ability to leverage exceptional project / time management, prioritization, and organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction and a consistently positive experience Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to present both internally and externally. Constantly assesses levels of client satisfaction and proactively identify risks and solutions to address client needs with a demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality work product Ability to travel
