Job Description: Soliant is currently seeking Multiple Registered Behavior Technicians for positions near the Edgemont, CA area. We have 10-15 openings available. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work as part of a supportive team, providing behavioral support and intervention services to individuals. Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data on student behavior and progress
• Provide direct support and instruction to individuals with behavioral challenges
• Assist with teaching and reinforcing skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs
• Maintain documentation and communicate progress to the BCBA and other team members

Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges, preferably in an educational setting
• Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect data accurately
• Valid state licensure or certification, as required
