Soliant is partnering with a prominent school district in the Phoenix, AZ area to fill multiple Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions. We are seeking dedicated and skilled SLPs to join our team and provide exceptional speech and language services to students. Whether you are an experienced SLP or a recent graduate, we have opportunities available that match your skills and interests.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support students' communication goals
• Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in speech-language pathology

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
• Arizona state license (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are also encouraged to apply
• Experience working with pediatric populations is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
