Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Multiple Roles Available

Soliant is partnering with a reputable local school district in Mansfield, Ohio, to fill multiple full-time and part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions for the 2023/2024 School Year. We are seeking dedicated and passionate professionals who are committed to providing quality speech-language therapy services to students and facilitating their communication skills development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, targeting various communication goals and areas such as articulation, language comprehension and expression, fluency, and social skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to integrate therapy goals into the educational program
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide ongoing communication to the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to the development of goals and accommodations

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Ohio state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also welcome to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and therapy techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
