Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, language comprehension and expression, fluency, and social skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to integrate therapy goals into the students' educational program
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records
- Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- California state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is desired, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and therapy techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
