Job Description:

• 13-week contract with possible extension
• Full Time
• Shift: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)
• 2 years of experience preferred 

Requirements:

• ARRT, BLS 
• Active Arizona State License 
• COVID & Flu Vaccine
