We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As an RBT, you will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will involve implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data on client progress, and supporting the development of functional skills in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress accurately and consistently.
  • Assist clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with families and other team members to promote positive outcomes.
  • Provide support and encouragement to clients during sessions.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all clients.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices in behavior analysis.
