Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will be committed to addressing the diverse mental health needs of students and will work collaboratively with educators, families, and community resources to support student achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students’ cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and support plans for students.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to students experiencing academic or emotional challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in the development of individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Provide training and resources to staff on mental health issues and effective strategies to support students.
  • Stay current with best practices in school psychology and relevant mental health resources.

Qualifications:

  • Specialist degree (Ed.S.) or doctorate (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) in School Psychology.
  • Valid Massachussetts license to practice as a school psychologist.
  • Experience working in a school setting (preferred).
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
