School Psychologist Needed in Austin, Texas

Are you a dedicated School Psychologist looking for an opportunity to utilize your expertise in conducting evaluations to support students' educational and emotional well-being?   • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess students' cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral functioning.
  • Administer and interpret standardized assessments, including cognitive assessments, achievement tests, and behavioral rating scales, to gather data and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other members of the educational team to determine students' eligibility for special education services and develop appropriate intervention plans.
  • Write clear, concise, and comprehensive evaluation reports that summarize assessment findings, interpret results, and make recommendations for educational programming and support.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide consultation to support the implementation of recommended interventions and accommodations.
  • Stay current with best practices, research, and developments in the field of school psychology, and participate in ongoing professional development activities.


  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Texas.
  • Previous experience conducting psychological evaluations in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with proficiency in administering and interpreting standardized assessments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate assessment findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and establish positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
