What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement strategies to support students
• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and create intervention plans
• Address crises and provide immediate support for students in distress
• Advocate for students and connect families to community resources when necessary
• Support students in developing coping skills, self-regulation, and positive peer relationships
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute expertise on social-emotional and behavioral goals
