Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with autism and developmental disorders
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Passionate about improving the lives of children and enhancing their behavioral and social skills
- Valid AL state license (or eligibility to obtain) if required

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct therapy and behavior support to students in school settings
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and parents to ensure the successful implementation of behavior plans
- Train staff on behavior management techniques and interventions
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to school staff regarding challenging behaviors and classroom management
- Document and track data related to student behavior and progress
