Are you a skilled and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a full-time opportunity to positively impact students' communication skills and academic success? Join our team in southern Mississippi and become an essential part of our educational community. We are seeking a motivated SLP to collaborate with our team and provide essential speech and language services to students in grades K-12.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' communication needs, particularly in articulation.
  • Develop and implement personalized speech and language intervention plans tailored to individual student goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, addressing articulation challenges and communication disorders.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into students' educational routines.
  • Participate in team meetings to contribute insights and collaborate on students' progress and goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Mississippi.
  • Experience working with students in an educational setting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passion for helping students improve articulation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in assessment tools, therapy techniques, and evidence-based practices.
