Position: Home Health Nurse
Location: Franklin Lakes, New Jersey

Are you a compassionate and skilled Home Health Nurse seeking a rewarding travel assignment in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey? We are currently seeking dedicated nurses to provide exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in New Jersey
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health nursing
• Proficient in conducting assessments and creating care plans
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of home health regulations and best practices
• BLS certification

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and symptom control
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery
