Provide expert physical therapy services in patients’ homes throughout Boston, MA, helping individuals overcome physical impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities due to injury, disease, or other causes. This role requires working collaboratively with patients, their families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough evaluations, delivering appropriate therapeutic interventions, and maintaining accurate and timely electronic documentation in line with agency standards and practices. Patients served range from newborns to centenarians, requiring adaptability and compassionate care tailored to varied age groups and conditions.

Contract Position Details:

  • Weekend rotations occur approximately once every six weeks
  • Must be able to travel to patient homes as assigned within the Boston area

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Physical Therapist professional license valid in Massachusetts is mandatory
  • Minimum of one year of home health physical therapy experience
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with interdisciplinary teams
