Position Details

• Contract position
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (4x10-hour days)
• Weekend coverage required every third weekend
• No on-call or call requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Home Health Physical Therapy
• Valid BLS certification (AHA only)
• Current driver’s license and VA or Compact license
• Proficient with EMR systems, preferably EPIC
• Comfortable managing approximately 25 patients per week
• Commitment to professional appearance adhering to dress code (black scrubs)
