Home Health Registered Nurse in Clyde Park, MT

Position Details

• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Preferred workdays: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (5x8)
• On-call requirement: 2–4 weekday nights per week
• Weekend shifts: 1–3 weekends during the 13-week contract
• Contract length: 13 weeks, with an immediate start

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive home health and hospice nursing care to community-based patients
• Manage a typical caseload of 4–5 patients during 8-hour shifts or 5–7 patients during 10-hour shifts
• Provide limited inpatient support as needed on a Med/Surg floor
• Participate in holiday coverage, including Thanksgiving and Christmas

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Home Health or a related nursing field
• Hospice experience is preferred; training will be provided if necessary
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
