Soliant has been given the pleasure of locating an experienced hospital pharmacy tech needed for IMMEDIATE hire. Our client, an inpatient medical facility specializing in orthopedic care, is currently shorthanded and in need of additional hands. Among the many benefits of this opportunity, boast competitive pay as well as full time hours (40 hours per week), and the convenience of working in a compact facility. Additionally, this position is indefinite, however could become a permanent position depending on performance. Travel may be required. As such, travel incentives will be available if needed. If you are a seasoned technician looking to further hone your skills, this could be just the position you were looking for. Ideal candidates will:

  • Be available to start immediately upon hire.
  • Have IV experience as well as experience working in an inpatient environment.
  • Be able to work varying 8 hour shifts between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Mon – Fri (No Weekends or on-call coverage!)
  • A PA Tech license is NOT required for this position)

    The jobs essential duties include the standard functions of a Pharmacy Tech, such as:

  • Refilling pyxis
  • IV Compounding
  • Maintaining inventory
  • Monthly unit inspections and audits
  • Assisting pharmacist with other assigned duties as needed
