• Have active license Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Illinois
• Have Masters/Doctorate Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active or pending DOE certificate

Job Details:

• Case load: 3rd-5th mostly
• 37.5 hr/week
• August 15 2022 - June 6, 2023
• Guaranteed hours and weekly pay!
