Travel Cardiac Catheterization Technologist | Albany, Georgia

A healthcare facility in Albany, GA, is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist with expertise in cardiac and vascular imaging for a contract position. This role offers the opportunity to work Monday through Friday during the day with additional on-call duties, providing a challenging and rewarding environment for professionals with relevant experience.

Responsibilities include performing various cardiac and vascular procedures such as heart catheterizations, STEMI calls, pacemaker and ICD-related procedures, arteriograms, fistulagrams, TDC placements, EVAR, and IVC implantations and retrievals. Candidates should have fluoro knowledge with panning and ACIST capabilities and be familiar with a broad range of cardiac and vascular interventions. There is no electrophysiology or open-heart surgery involvement in this role.

Qualifications:

• RCIS or ARRT certification required
• Proven experience in cardiac and vascular Cath Lab procedures
• Expertise in fluoroscopy techniques, including panning and ACIST
• Comfortable with a range of procedures, including STEMI calls and implant placements
• Ability to work day shifts Monday through Friday with on-call responsibilities (5-15 days per month)
