Seeking an experienced Imaging Cath Lab Tech for a dynamic contract assignment supporting interventional procedures across three closely located campuses. This opportunity requires a versatile professional with strong cardiac and interventional radiology skills, capable of floating for call coverage. The role involves intra-procedural circulating tasks, medication administration, and sedation in a fast-paced environment utilizing Siemens equipment and EPIC/Apollo cardiac charting. Candidates must not be employed in any capacity by facilities affiliated with CommonSpirit, including CHI or Dignity, and must live within 50 miles, determined by a valid driver’s license at submission.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Supervisor-approved schedule
  • Day shifts: 0700-1600, Monday–Friday; on-call: 1600-0700
  • Weekend on-call: Saturday/Sunday 0730-0730
  • Minimum: 10 weeknight call shifts, 2 weekend call shifts (both IR and Cardiac)
  • 30-minute call response to primary campus required
  • 1 week of department-specific orientation, including buddy call

Qualifications:

  • Current RCIS, BLS, and ACLS certifications
  • More than 3 years’ hospital-based Cath Lab/IR experience
  • Proficiency in Siemens imaging systems, EPIC, and Apollo cardiac charting
  • Valid driver’s license (for radius verification)
  • Ability and willingness to float across three campuses as required

Responsibilities:

  • Circulate during interventional cardiac and radiology procedures
  • Manage supplies, administer medications, assist with sedation
  • Handle emergent calls and provide after-hours/weekend coverage as assigned
  • Adhere to hospital fingernail and dress code policies (surgical greens mandatory)
  • Prepare for and participate in STEMI/interventional add-ons as needed
