An experienced Radiological Technologist with EP and interventional radiology skills is sought for a contract opportunity in Belvidere, IL. This role requires expertise in Cath Lab imaging technology, performing both scrub and monitoring functions during procedures. Candidates must hold ARRT certification and demonstrate proficiency across interventional radiology, cardiology cases, and electrophysiology (EP).

Responsibilities include supporting a Cath Lab environment where approximately 40% of cases are radiology-based, requiring on-call coverage for these modalities. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with four 10-hour shifts. The schedule also includes rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday on-call shifts. Candidates must be willing to travel or relocate, as local applicants within 50 miles will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • ARRT certified Radiological Technologist
  • Solid experience in Electrophysiology (EP) procedures
  • Proficient in Interventional Radiology scrub and monitoring roles
  • Ability to manage both cardiac and interventional radiology cases in the Cath Lab
  • Willingness to provide on-call coverage during rotations including weekends and holidays
