A travel opportunity is available for an experienced Cath Lab Tech with a strong background in interventional cardiology and radiology techniques. This role requires the ability to scrub independently and confidently manage a variety of procedures within fast-paced cardiac cath lab settings. Ideal candidates will have a foundation in structural heart interventions and peripheral vascular experience, along with a readiness to work across multiple nearby campuses.

Location:
This position is based in Coralville, Iowa, with assignments in nearby Cedar Rapids. These cities offer a welcoming community with a blend of urban amenities and outdoor recreational activities. Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience
  • Active ARRT certification, or CCI/RCIS credentials required
  • Proven experience in structural heart procedures
  • Interventional Radiology experience highly valued
  • Electrophysiology (EP) experience a plus
  • Previous travel assignment experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to scrub independently and proficiently
  • Willingness to take call and float across campuses as needed
  • Peripheral vascular experience required

Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians during a variety of cardiac and vascular procedures
  • Operate imaging equipment in the cath lab confidently
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and sterile techniques
  • Adapt to different campus locations while maintaining high standards of care
  • Support a team-oriented, patient-focused environment
