A healthcare opportunity is available for a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technician to provide critical imaging support in a dynamic cardiac catheterization laboratory setting. This role demands precision, critical thinking, and direct collaboration with cardiologists and imaging leadership to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab under the supervision of cardiologists and imaging service directors.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and sound judgment to facilitate patient care during catheterization procedures.
  • Maintain 1:1 patient ratio to ensure focused and personalized care.
  • Adhere to stringent workflow timelines, with maximum return-to-office expectations of 3 days to maintain continuity.
  • Utilize MedHost and MacLab electronic medical records to document procedures accurately.
  • Coordinate effectively in a team environment following established protocols, including scrub color identification.

Required Qualifications:

  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a cardiac catheterization lab.
  • Must be located more than 50 miles from the worksite.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with call every other week, and no overnight or 48-hour shift options available.
  • Submission must include home address and SSN for verification purposes.
