Providing specialized cardiac and vascular imaging expertise, this position requires a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to support a busy cardiovascular service line. The role is contract-based and located in Moultrie, GA, with a schedule of Monday through Friday day shifts, plus on-call duties. Call days typically range from 5 to 15 per month, offering a blend of predictable hours and additional engagement opportunities.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) credentials.
  • Proven experience in cardiac and vascular procedures within a cath lab setting.
  • Fluoroscopy proficiency, including panning and ACIST system operation.
  • Familiarity with a range of interventions such as heart catheterizations, STEMI call responses, pacemaker and ICD implant procedures (though participation in scrubbing for implants may be limited).
  • Experience with arteriograms, fistulagrams, tunneled dialysis catheters (TDC) placements, endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR), inferior vena cava (IVC) implants and retrievals, among others.
  • No experience required for electrophysiology (EP) or open heart surgeries.
