Join a specialized team as a Cath Lab Technologist in a well-equipped cardiac catheterization unit located in West Lafayette, Indiana. This contract role involves working primarily daytime hours with on-call coverage for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The position offers a consistent 40-hour workweek, ensuring a balanced schedule for qualified professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cardiac catheterization procedures in a state-of-the-art facility featuring Philips Allura, Axurion, and Phillips Xper equipment
  • Collaborate in the Electrophysiology Suite alongside a dedicated team
  • Ensure patient safety and care with attention to detail in a unit with 2 coronary suites and 1 electrophysiology suite
  • Maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC electronic medical record system
  • Participate in evening, night, weekend, and holiday on-call rotations

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of Cath Lab technologist experience with strong cardiac cath lab skills required
  • ACLS certification mandatory
  • Preferred skills include electrophysiology training, strong teamwork, and a self-motivated attitude
  • Ability to follow strict dress codes with hospital-issued scrubs
