A skilled CT technologist opportunity is available in Bridgeton, NJ, offering a dynamic role producing computerized tomography images of designated anatomical areas as directed by licensed physicians. This contract position spans approximately 13 weeks and requires a minimum of two years of specialized experience in CT imaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate CT imaging following established protocols and physician orders
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and safety during imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality diagnostic results
  • Adhere to all regulatory and institutional guidelines, including infection control and emergency procedures
  • Participate in orientation and training sessions as required without rescheduling

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with specialized training in CT
  • 1–2 years' experience as a staff Radiologic Technologist with prior CT experience preferred
  • New Jersey DEP license
  • ARRT certification
  • CT certification obtained or to be attained within six months of hire
  • CPR and BLS (AHA) certification
  • IV certification within 90 days of hire
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential

Schedule:

  • Thursdays and Fridays from 12:30 PM to 1:00 AM
  • Sundays from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Holiday coverage every other holiday
  • Return to work no more than 3 days post-time off

This role also favors candidates with Emergency Room experience and requires wearing black scrubs as part of the dress code.
