An opportunity is available for a skilled Cardiac Nuclear Medicine and PET CT technologist seeking to apply expertise in oncology and cardiac PET imaging. This contract position offers a dynamic work environment with Siemens imaging equipment and the chance to work alongside a collaborative medical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cardiac and oncology PET scans using advanced imaging technology, including the RB82 generator (training available)
  • Operate Siemens CT and PET equipment with precision and attention to patient safety
  • Float between three locations within Vermont, including Bristol, Berlin, and Rutland, ensuring coverage as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations and optimal patient care

Qualifications & Experience:

  • ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required
  • VT radiology license preferred; candidates without must be willing to obtain one
  • Prior experience with oncology and cardiac PET procedures highly valued
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule consisting of 5x8-hour shifts one week and 4x10-hour shifts the following week with no weekend work
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills

Schedule:

  • Day shifts only
  • Alternating weekly schedule: one week of 5 eight-hour days; subsequent week of 4 ten-hour days
