CT Technologist - Charlotte, NC

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality imaging exams including CT and PET/CT scans using Siemens and GE equipment.
• Apply patient-centered care techniques in a high-volume teaching hospital environment.
• Collaborate closely with nursing and transport teams to ensure efficient department workflow.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and documentation in EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
• Participate in departmental orientation and ongoing education to maintain competency in specialized modalities.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of one year experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Certification and licensure: BLS required; ARRT certification with CT specialty mandatory for CT Tech roles; additional ARRT or ARDMS certifications applicable based on modality.
• Ability to work within a diverse patient population across ED and outpatient settings.
• Capability to adapt to a schedule including 12-hour night shifts with weekend and holiday rotations as needed.

Schedule:

• 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Weekend rotation and holiday shifts required (approximately 75% of holidays).
• Schedule cycles every 4 weeks.
