A healthcare facility in Cornelius, NC, is seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a contract opportunity working primarily on a 12-hour night shift Friday through Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This role requires a minimum of two years’ experience and offers the chance to work in a busy imaging department equipped with advanced technology.

Responsibilities include performing routine and STAT CT exams on inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and ED patients with a focus on prioritizing exams based on acuity, including emergency Code Strokes. The position requires proficiency with GE CT equipment and post-processing skills. You will collaborate with a team in a department averaging 30 studies on weekdays and 14 on weekends, with outpatient scheduling on weekends.

Key Qualifications:

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R)(CT) certification
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years CT experience, with GE CT platform expertise
  • Ability to manage high-acuity imaging requests efficiently
  • Experience in emergency and inpatient imaging environments preferred

Work Schedule:

  • 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday commitment
  • Holiday shifts required if falling within schedule
