Exciting opportunity for an experienced CT/PET Technologist to make a difference in a dynamic hospital environment. This contract role requires expertise in advanced imaging, including CT and PET procedures, and suits professionals ready to handle a wide range of patient care scenarios. The schedule follows a consistent 7on/7off rotation, ensuring a balanced approach to work and personal life.

Schedule:

  • 7on/7off rotation: Thursday through Wednesday
  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 7:30pm–7:30am
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 9:00pm–7:30am
  • Weekend rotation is included as part of the 7on/7off cycle
  • On-call not required

Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT) certification
  • Active BLS certification
  • Minimum of two years’ experience (one year not accepted)
  • Skilled in performing a broad range of CT procedures (head/neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, extremities, CTAs, drainage, biopsies, brain perfusions)
  • Experience with inpatient, outpatient, and emergency scans
  • Familiarity with Cerner EMR, Philips Enterprise PACS, GE CT Optima 660 64 Slice, and contrast power injection systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-quality CT and PET examinations across diverse patient populations
  • Work independently with 1:1 patient ratios for focused care
  • Accurately use facility technology and follow established protocols
  • Adapt to holiday scheduling and hospital-specific blackout dates as needed
  • Participate in one to two shift orientation
