A compelling opportunity for a skilled professional with expertise in CT and PET imaging is available in Flint, MI. This contract position offers the chance to work in a Level II Trauma Center, providing critical imaging services in a fast-paced environment. With a focus on advanced imaging techniques, candidates with experience performing CT and PET procedures will find this role both challenging and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality CT scans and PET imaging in accordance with established protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with the radiology team to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic imaging.
  • Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards within the trauma center setting.
  • Assist in maintaining equipment functionality and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Proven experience with CT and PET imaging procedures preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a trauma center environment.

Schedule and Hours:

  • 36 hours per week, working 12-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Every other weekend required.
  • No block scheduling or on-call duties.
