Computed Tomography Tech | Florissant, Missouri

Provide expert diagnostic CT scans across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings, supporting a multidisciplinary radiology team in a fast-paced environment. Utilize advanced GE imaging equipment and EPIC EMR systems to deliver high-quality patient care while adhering to rigorous radiation safety standards. This 16-week contract position requires dedication to a day shift schedule with weekend coverage, ensuring comprehensive imaging services are available when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic CT scans for radiologist interpretation and assist with specialized procedures including biopsy, ablation, myelography, and arthrography.
• Provide essential patient care throughout imaging and interventional procedures.
• Organize daily schedules and serve as a critical support resource to the CT team.
• Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals across various patient areas (IP, OP, ER).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered Technologist with CT Registry certification.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CT imaging.
• Ability to adapt and work well with a diverse team.
• Availability for weekend shifts and the full orientation week on days.
• Flexible to float to other areas as required.

Job Type: Contract, 16 weeks, Day shift (5x8), 36 guaranteed hours weekly, weekend coverage required, no call duties.
